I can’t wait to meet you and walk with you on your journey.

My spiritual journey has taken a braided path to God. I was ordained in 2000 from a small seminary in my home town connected to the Methodist church. I began performing ceremonies and rituals immediately, always with the goal of providing those I serve the most personalized and cherished event that would be remembered fondly the rest of their lives. After training as an End of Life Doula, I now assist in providing memorial services, legacy building, and end of life vigils.

My spiritual path can be seen as a braided path to the Divine. I have learned from countless teachers and masters from all spiritual walks.  I’ve incorporated years of learning (and teaching) into a path to wholeness using the ancient Hindu practices of energy.  These practices of self-discovery and self-acceptance bring a wholeness that allows us to be of service to those we love and to the world.

Journey Through the Rainbow Class

Moving forward on my spiritual path has been a motivating element in my daily life for many years. I have been blessed to cross paths with teachers who have influenced my life in a myriad of ways. A few years ago, I took a giant leap of faith and became a certified yoga teacher under the heartfelt guidance of Dr. Zohra Campbell. It continues to be a life-changing experience.

One of my greatest joys is to be on my yoga mat practicing yoga and guiding others in poses (asanas) that help unite our physical, mental and emotional selves. Practicing yoga enables all of us to live more at ease in our bodies and in the world around us.

Off the mat, I love connecting with friends and family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, reading and having fun!

Jessica Amos wants to live in a world where everyone knows how valuable and worthy of love they are. Always!

As a meditation teacher, she’s regularly featured on Insight Timer, the #1 meditation app in the world, and internationally known for her TEDx Talk about healing anxiety through presence and self-connection.

When she’s not writing, recording new meditations or teaching classes, you can find her watching movies that make her cry + laugh in equal measure, taking obscenely long walks (is all day ever too long?) and planning her next escape from the internet.
